By accessing or using AI Image Lab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Credits & Payments

AI Image Lab uses a credit-based system for accessing tools:

New users receive 10 free credits upon signup
Each tool use deducts 1 credit from your account
Credits can be purchased through our secure payment system
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Credits do not expire
We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with prior notice

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload, process, or distribute content that violates any third-party rights
Attempt to bypass or disable any security features
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated scripts to access or manipulate the Service
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Image Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the images you process using our tools. We do not claim ownership over your content.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use our service to process or generate content that:

Contains explicit, violent, or harmful material
Infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
Contains defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content
Depicts illegal activities or promotes violence
Contains child exploitation material

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

7. Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you have not used any credits within your account. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase.

Subscription plans (if applicable) can be canceled at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Non-payment of fees
Request by law enforcement

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Image Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Multan, Pakistan.
